How to buy?


Buying in TTI-SPAIN is very simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Elect the category and subcategory where the product (s) you want to buy is located.
  2. View the product (s) that you are interested in. Through a click you will get an enlargement of the photograph; Some products have several photographs. You can also consult its description, composition, reference and price.
  3. Select a product, the number of units and add the item to the basket. You can then choose to continue shopping or to process order.

Guarantee

The guarantees of the products of this website are offered by the manufacturer or, failing that, the importer of the product, who will be responsible for the defects or damages produced in them.

TTi-Spain will manage at the customer's request the management of the delivery of these products as collateral.

To make use of the guarantee, the client must provide a copy of his purchase invoice to TTI-Spain and a letter indicating the problem of the device. The final transistors of the transmitters and the power lamps of the RF amplifiers and KITS are excluded from the guarantee.

The batteries and equipment batteries as well as personal accessories (headphones, micro-headsets, micro-loudspeakers, etc.) are also exempt from warranty.

All these elements will have a trial period and possible change of 7 days from receipt of the order.

This warranty will be voided by improper use, alteration of product characteristics or manipulation by personnel not authorized by TTI_Spain.

We will not accept shipments due and a shipment must always be accepted beforehand by TTI-Spain, with the customer before contacting us, either through our website or by telephone.
