CAT-VHF is a 4dB (gain) average 6.1dBi colinear stacked end feeds the rugged digital antenna suitable for PMR and PMR applications. The solid brass radiant elements are embedded within a RF grade of polyurethane foam to ensure excellent long term stability.
The radiant elements are encapsulated within a rugged, stable UV GRP conical low wind load, marine quality, a water resistant tube that ensures excellence in long term performance.
CAT-VHF is supplied with a complete set of 'V' locking clasps that provide a rigid attachment point to a vertical or horizontal post.
All metal elements within the basic structure of the antenna are DC to ground to ensure levels of extraneous noises caused by atmospheric changes are adequately dissipated.
CAT-VHF has excellent bandwidth and VWSR features that can be adjusted for a spot at any point between the frequency of 138MHz and 235MHz (145-156Mhz / 155-165Mhz / 163-174Mhz)
