Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it in the address you choose (address, job, etc.)

Can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?

The country of delivery always has to match the country of purchase.

How soon will I get my order?

If you live in the peninsula, the delivery time is 5 working days, unless the order is made on Saturday, Sunday or holidays, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day of the order. For destinations like Baleares the delivery time is approximately 10 days.A Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla, y resto de Europa no se realizan envíos.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

For purchases with a weight of less than or equal to 10 kg:

The shipping costs to the Peninsula are 9.9 euros,VAT included.
Shipping costs for the Balearics are 12.00 EUR, iva incluido.

How can I find out where my order is?

To know the status of your order, contact our Customer Service department at the number +34 639 700 968.

What is the home delivery process?

We will send you a confirmation email when your order is going to leave the warehouse and the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of the order.

RETURNS

What should I do to give the item back?

To request an online return with collection at your address write to us at the addressinfo@tti-spain.com Specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation mail), an address for the collection and details of the items you wish to return.
After verifying the data, we will send a carrier within the next 72 hours ( Whenever possible). To complete the collection, the transport company will contact you.

What is the deadline for a refund?

For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the completion of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns in tti-spain.com are always free.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way in which you made your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the return (the items have to be in perfect condition and have the inside tags) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid in your account (the same payment method that you used to pay) in a few days. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?
